Welcome to Antenatal4you, operated by Sr. Ansju Blackbeard. By booking any classes or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. General Information

Antenatal4you provides both face-to-face and online antenatal classes. Online classes are conducted via Zoom, and the venue and session details will be communicated to participants after payment is received. By enrolling in our classes, you acknowledge that all information and communication will be provided electronically, and you consent to this form of communication.

 

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for antenatal classes can be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Payfast.
• Payment must be made in full before receiving access to class information and scheduling.
• Antenatal4you reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be informed promptly, and alternatives will be provided.

 

3. Medical Aid

• If your medical aid covers antenatal classes, Antenatal4you can provide a letter for you to submit to your medical aid for potential reimbursement.
• Please note that Antenatal4you cannot guarantee that your medical aid will accept the claim or process payment.
• You are required to pay for the classes upfront. It is your responsibility to submit the necessary documentation to your medical aid provider for reimbursement.
• Invoices for medical aid claims will only be provided after the course has been completed. Many participants request invoices immediately after payment, but please note that medical aid claims cannot be submitted for services not yet rendered.

 

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Once payment has been made, no automatic refunds are available unless Antenatal4you cancels the class. However, we strive to accommodate your needs.
• If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please notify us at least 5 days in advance, if possible, so that our team can do their best to accommodate your request. We will try to reschedule you or offer an alternative solution where feasible.
• In the case of unforeseen circumstances where Antenatal4you cancels a class, we will either reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.

 

5. Class Information

• For online classes, details regarding Zoom links, dates, and times will be sent to you after payment is received.
• For face-to-face classes, the venue details will be communicated in advance once payment is confirmed.

 

6. Liability

• Antenatal4you is not responsible for any medical aid disputes or the failure of your medical aid provider to reimburse your antenatal class fees.
• Antenatal4you shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during face-to-face or online classes. Participation in the classes is voluntary and at your own risk.

 

7. Privacy and Data Security

• At Antenatal4you, we respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure.
• Any information submitted to us, including personal and payment details, is treated as confidential and stored securely.
• We use this information solely for processing payments, managing bookings, and providing class-related communication. We will never share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to process payments.
• By using our services, you consent to the use of your personal data for these purposes.

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Antenatal4you reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website or by direct communication with participants.
