I’m a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor, have undergone an Enhanced DBS check and am registered with the ICO. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk about whatever it is that brought you here.
Talking to a professional counsellor in confidence can help you deal more successfully with problems:

While I enjoy the variety of working with clients who seek counselling for many different reasons, I specialise in two areas very close to my heart:
Childhood trauma, in its many and varied forms, and Couples and Relationship Counselling.
Fees
I work with adult clients and couples from comfortable therapy rooms in Sidcup (DA15) and Tunbridge Wells (TN1) or online via Zoom. Sessions are usually 50-minutes.
15-minute Introductory Session
This session can be online or on the phone, and is completely FREE.
